TenPoint Viper S400 Crossbow - 400 FPS - Equipped with RangeMaster Pro Variable Speed Scope + ACUslide Cocking & De-Cocking System

I literally brought it out 3 times in the Northwoods in 2021 after sighting it in. Almost no exposure to the elements other than cold weather. The scope power ring seized. I think I feel prey to the marketing.

Overall this is a great crossbow. Simple setup and easy to sight in. Tight groups at 50 yards. Only issue I have is it was not sent with all the parts needed to attach the quiver and one of the nocks broke off after my third shot. My wife have a Ravin R10 and I’m not sure the Tenpoint is quieter but other than that, the Tenpoint seems to be the better weapon.UPDATE***If I had to do it all over again I would choose the Ravin. Ten Points customer service is a nightmare to deal with. I couldn’t get a person to answer the phone and it wasn’t until I posted a negative review on their website that any attempt to reach me was made. They told me they would send the needed parts but after six weeks I had to send an email asking again for the parts. The way the quiver is mounted is for lack of a better word idiotic. Ten Point arrow nocks are horrible, frequently flying off of the bolt. The fletchings come off easily. Meanwhile the wife keeps on shooting with her Ravin. What a shame.

Was sent wrong color. Crossbow is fine, very nice. Trying to get my $100 back for paying for csmo and receiving black one.

I really like this bow. After taking it out of the box, I had some assembly. It wasn't difficult. It took a little to sight in to my liking. But, once sighted in.....Wow! I had tight groupings at forty yards. I'm so excited to get it into the forest. It's fun to shoot. It's easy to cock and decock. Also, it was quiet. I love the narrow profile. Ten point didn't disappoint!

This is a totally excellent crossbow:- cables are highly resistant to wear- bolts are extremely high velocity- scope holds a zero very effectively- much lighter package than previous models- The accuslide cocking system is such an incredible upgrade from accudraw pro that it renders every previous model obsolete- The six arrow quiver is also very nice after receiving an upgrade which tenpoint provided to every registered user for freeVery impressed by both the product and customer service, I am seriously blown away.

I read the owners manual. went outside and sighted it in. this bow is great. I bought it for the Acuslide cocking system. It works well ,easy to use and have had no problems with it. I would buy this bow again.

i have on shot it a few time so far and it shoots great ,pretty simple to put together out of the box

Very pleased with this new bow. Tenpoint has an excellent reputation for safety, performance, and quality. This is my second Tenpoint crossbow, and I could not be more pleased with it. Product arrived sooner than initially advertised, and faster than I could get from any "local" or commercial retailer.
