Q: Are all the female side of the terminals the same thickness? the reason i ask because i purchased this kit to install speakers with 20awg wire.

I’m not sure what you mean by thickness of the female side. But the male blades are 0.018x0.110”, 0.018x0.189” & 0.028”x0.248”. The females fit snugly.

Q: Will the female terminal fit a 1/4" male terminal?

there are 3 sizes, each female joins the corresponding size male. good material, solid fit. Using with 12vdc gel packs as used in UPS Battery Backup power supply. joining 2 - 12vdc batteries in series to make a single 24vdc power supply cube.

Q: Anyone else have problems with crimping the 2.8 female terminals in the 0.5 side of the crimping tool? Only fits in the large side of tool. Poor crimp

I have the same problems most of the time with these. Looks like we have the wrong crimping tool? I use the Stakeon crimper that I have from my Industrial electrical/maintenance job.
