Any problem whit this converter, very good product

Hi,I have ordered the cable but unfortunately the drivers doesn't support for win 10 (for my work laptop). I have spent long time myself, my Corporate IT help desk guys, Startech support, Unfortunately I still have issue. Now I gave up & i am ordering another brand cable - which i know it supports in my Corporate laptop. Please think before you order. This cable isn't useful for me. It goes to BIN :(ThanksPrab

This adapter works great as advertised. However, the only thing that it is holding it up is the drivers. The mini-CD that it comes with contains old drivers which make it not able to work on new computers. What you need to do (and what I did to get this working) is to go to their website and download the latest drivers (2011) or download the drivers from the shortcut below (taken from their website).[...]Extract the ManualInstall folder and manually install the driver for your operating system as the automatic install did not work for me (Windows-8 32-bit). For Windows-8 32-bit you must use Windows-7 32-bit drivers as they are the same.It is not made clear about what OS it will work on for each driver. It states that it works on Windows 8 only for 32-bit while it works for both 64-bit and 32-bit for older and equal to Windows 7. I tried it on Windows-8 64-bit and it didn't work. I tried on Windows-8 32-bit and it worked fine.Very good product overall but lacks drivers and Windows-8 64-bit compatibility!

Sí que es algo más caro que el resto de adaptadores pero vale la pena pagar algo más. Se nota que tiene una calidad superior y funciona perfectamente con cualquier dispositivo, no como algunos más baratos que he comprado previamente.Recomendado 100%

Me enviaron por error un producto diferente a la publicación, en lugar de ser de 1.8 m era de 30 cm, solicité el reemplazo el cual llegó 15 días después (a pesar de tener Prime) y resultó ser otra vez el producto erróneo, por el costo que tiene esperaría que el producto sea tal cual como aparece en la descripción.Es necesario que se revise bien la descripción de la publicación para evitar un mal servicio
