I find the brush excellent for beginners or for those who don't want to waste a lot of time preparing the brush (like dipping it in water a long time before, etc.).The bristles are totally synthetic and therefore do not exploit animals, the result is practically identical to what we would have with a pig bristle brush (in my humble opinion).Omega produces excellent products, I suggest you also try the S-Brush and EVO line.
