You need to build it.
It comes in loads of small pieces and there were no instructions on how to assemble. I sent this to my grand daughter who is six! She was very disappointed and so was I. The instructions were in picture form on the advert for the hamster house, but that was on my phone and not with the package. Anyway we’ve made it now and it is cute and quite robust. Slots together fairly easily.

hamster loves it
this was absolutely amazing! it’s way big enough for syrans. as soon as my hamster found out he had a new bed he hasn’t slept in anything since bless him.

Don’t waste your money
Don’t buy, this is not made out of wood, just some veneer coated plywood or something. It could be dangerous to your animal.Although I have to add - the size is decent and the initial idea is good, shame about the quality

Do not purchase!!
This is not suitable for any small pet! The wood used would be harmful for small animals. And it is tiny, even a dwarf hamster would be too big for this!

Way to small
This states it’s for gerbils chinchillas rats Syrian hamsters , this house is way to small for my hamster let alone the bigger pets The description talks about .Very cute maybe ok for a small mouse
