Q: Does this work with the new style plastic notes

I found it very difficult and close to impossible to fold a new (plastic) £20 note in mine when you fold it the same way as an old (paper) £20 note, which is into quarters along its length then roll up. However if you fold it into thirds along its length and roll up its actually very easy and easier than the old (paper) £20 notes in my opinion. Hope this helps!

Hello, Thank you for the question, unfortunately I am unable to advise on this as the CashStash+ is not designed for this purpose. All I can advise is that the CashStash+ is large enough to hold 1 note of any denomination. Apologies I cannot advise further.

Q: Can this be used as an oil vial?

I don't think so. The rubber o ring is ment for very light duty and is ment for keeping light rain water out. Not for keeping liquid inside. The threading can also be a little fiddly so I doubt it will work well as an oil vial.
