Video Quality Problems
The video quality is poor. Of course, the product was used when I purchased it. In low video quality 2k setting, there is not enough video quality to see specific things or information. Cannot compare it to other cameras such as surveillance systems or camcorders. In 4k it's kind of acceptable. Looks like denim jeans everywhere you go. Very grainy and vague. The battery is immediately drained of charge and only lasts for 3 hours. Sadly, no 10+ hours of video recording. In low definition possibly. Probably for use in a city environment. Recommend buying a more expensive body cam if safety or security is an issue you are buying for.

Works perfectly as advertised. Being able to switch out batteries to last for a more extended time than most others is great. All images it takes are very clear. I drove from AZ to MA in three days & used it as a dash cam. It was perfect! Night vision is clear, sound recording is good, the operational instructions to set it up are easy-peasy, and using the system to navigate through its features is also cake.It is a bit heavier than most, probably because it’s built with higher quality materials, and/or the weight of a much better battery. This makes it harder to Mount on your body. I highly recommend one of those inside the shirt, four corner powerful magnetic shirt mounts, or a utility or ballistic vest for mounting stabilization. Forget the two clip-on mounts that come with it…they won’t do well with running or with quick reactions to a perp. Your BWC will end up on the ground!Anything else? Nope, I’m very pleased with this purchase. I doubt there is a better one available for civilian customers. Sure, Axon’s are the best, but the price point difference is enormous…not worth it!Buy this one & you will be plenty happy…especially if you are law enforcement of some kind or a professional First Amendment Auditor.

Battery life sucks
listing says battery lasts for 14-16 hours of recording. reality it barely lasts 6 hours before i have to swap the battery. Also every time i turn the device on it asks me to format the SD card and to get around that, i have to eject and replug the sd card every single time
