Q: May I wear the drop foot splint when I sleep at night?

So sorry for the delay in replying to your question. The answer is YES you can, I do when the foot is being particularly painful, I usually wear a compression support sock during the day and then play with the ball while seated. I can feel an improvement as been using this for a few months now and the pain first thing in the morning has really improved. Just remember not to have the straps too tight as to effect circulation.

I would think so as it has fully adjustable Velcro straps to suit the shape of your foot.

sorry i cant answer that but if its just the strap could you just buy some velcro from hobby craft or the range

I am a size 12 shoe and have adjusted the splint to its max to make it fit. It is fully adjustable and after adjusting to the min, believe that it should fit you.
