I have been struggling to find a product that really does what it says it can do I will tell you i've tried several things but this one is the 1for me Within 3 days I could tell a difference within 5.It was better a week.I was feeling almost back to I still do take the azo cranberry pills with it , but I feel like I'm.Getting back on track menopause has been Horrible for me

This product did the deed! It worked within the first 24hours for me. I’m finally able to sleep through the night without having the urge to go. I will buy again.

But definitely overpacked like a lot of reviews say. It’s 30 capsules in a jar that could easily fit 100. So wasteful.
