Works pretty much as should
I like the adjustable ring area. The sound is ok, but the pea sometimes gets stuck and I have to shake it loose.

Great backup
This is a great backup whistle. It's not as loud as a Fox 40 but does the job. I prefer the Fox 40 in an arena with a crowd. This whistle I use for youth hockey (10U or 12U). My coach friends use this whistle in practice.

Inaudible Whistle - A Referee's Nightmare
I had high hopes for this hockey referee whistle, but it has turned into a referee's worst nightmare. The primary function of a whistle is to be loud and clear, but this one falls miserably short. The sound produced by this whistle is shockingly weak and inconsistent. It's often barely audible, leaving players and coaches puzzled and disrupting the game flow. Instead of commanding attention and respect, it's become a source of frustration for everyone on the ice.In a high-intensity hockey game, having a whistle that can't be heard clearly is not just a nuisance; it's a major problem that affects the game's integrity. I expected a basic requirement like this to be met, but unfortunately, it's a complete failure. In summary, this hockey referee whistle's inability to produce a loud and clear sound is a severe drawback. It compromises the referee's ability to officiate effectively and disrupts the game. I strongly advise against purchasing it, and I rate it 1 star due to its fundamental flaw.

Solid whistles but
The cork ball is too small so the sound is not great.
