Cute item, it is smaller than I thought it would be but its fine for what we want.

We read it every night as affirmations and my daughter asks to do it again and again. If ylu buy this without lights its only $7.99 unfortunately we wanted to lights so we bought one double in price but the remote doesnt work making the lights almost useless because nobody wants to get out of bed twice to turn on/off for a 5 minute light show. Maybe it's a me problem but if that would annoy you -- then consider this before buying.

This is a cute positive affirmation for a young girl's room. The colors are nice. I am fine with it not including batteries for the picture but it needs a different battery pack. This battery pack is bulky and hard to hide when hanging on the wall. It uses 3 AA batteries. The remote, I am very unhappy with. It is very cheap, feels and looks like it was used and just thrown in. I don't even know if it works. These type of remotes always come with the batteries but this one did not. I seriously doubt it will even work these lights if I can figure out which coin battery it uses. There is nothing that tells you which one....2025, 2032, etc. There are many different ones of this size, so I apparently need to go and buy different ones until I see which one fits amd if it will work. Overall, this is something that could easily be made if you are a crafty person with better lights with a simpler battery pack and remote that works. This is a Christmas gift and since it is so close to Christmas, I'm going to give it to my niece anyway but will also get her something else. This is way overpriced for what you get.
