Easy to apply
Reading other reviews, I was concerned that the colour would be too dark for my antique pine furniture. However, the colour was absolutely perfect. It was easy to apply and left a nice sateen finish. It dried quickly too. Happy with this product.

Very good finish
A new staircase handrail was installed in our house to help my husband. It came unpainted and looked awful. The stain/varnish is a perfect colour match with existing wood and very easy to apply. However it definitely needs 3 coats as it goes on very thinly. Don't attempt to put it on thick. It just runs into blobs.

100% pleased
Good value. Good consistency. Colour was true ... a deep pine. Brought an old wooden windowsill up like new. Not a big pot but wanted to see how much it covers. Hardly used any so now to large cupboard doors and reckon I'll still have some left!

Good paint unfortunately, it was just a bit to dark for what I wanted it for will probably try a another color

remember to shake
i am a bit of an amateur so i didnt shake the tin before use and the first few things i did came out quite dark in stain which i actually like but as i get further on it is more light in colour like honey pine rather than dark so just give it a good shake every time so it mixes the same
