Delivery was super fast, product looks great and seems robust enough.The key advantage for me is that you dont need to buy a full on full smart home system for this.It was a little tricky to setup as I had skipped one step from the quick-setup guide. So my key tip to avoid confusion is...place the batteries when you are told to and not before like i did :) The support team was fast to reply and help me with this setup.Once I surpassed this tiny, self-induced, hurdle the setup was actually quite straightforward!The app is quite user friendly and straightforward to understand. It will also make it possible to add other smart home products should that be your goal.

Poor design, poor quality, no batteries supplied, have to use a tiny screwdriver (provided) to take cover off and insert your own batteries. On top of this, the application is poorly designed and buggy, defaults to a language other than English (I think Spanish, not too sure), have to find your way through the registration process before you can then try and find your way through the menu to change the default language. Only supports 2.4Ghz wifi and is not compatible with Apple Homekit. Returning to supplier, ordering Fibaro FIBEFGFS-101-ZW5 Flood Sensor instead.

Difficult to set up (and I know what I'm doing!).

Hace ya casi seis meses que lo compré. Es bonito y bien diseñado, pequeño, así que discreto. Funciona bien, conectarlo es tan sencillo como seguir las instrucciones que se adjuntan. Es cierto que algún paso es distinto a otros aparatos similares, pero insisto, seguir las instrucciones a rajatabla y sin problema.Uso Google Home, solo puedes interactuar con él para encenderlo o apagarlo. Si hay alguna fuga te llegará la alerta la móvil y punto.En resumen, y como algunos más dicen, buen hardware, software bastante simple, atención al cliente nefasta o inexistente.

Il sensore è di ottima fattura. Si collega direttamente alla rete Wi-Fi senza bisogno di altri apparecchi. Funzionando a pile ha il vantaggio di poter essere collocato ovunque con facilità ma ovviamente per un motivo di consumi non è costantemente connesso alla rete Wi-Fi ma si collega in caso di allarme oppure saltuariamente per verificare la connessione. Quindi in caso di allarme c’è un piccolo ritardo nella notifica ma assolutamente accettabile. L’app è anche in italiano, anche se non perfetto. Sulla confezione così come sulle istruzioni cartacee, invece, dell’italiano neanche l’ombra. Comunque la configurazione è piuttosto semplice e il funzionamento è stabile.

Nachdem ich die verschiedenen Einstellmöglichkeiten in der App schon beim Einrichten mit Unterstützung des Verkäufers herausgefunden hatte, ging es jetz sehr schnell und einfach. Selbst eingegebene Bilder in der App werden zwischen den angemeldeten Geräten (iPhone + iPad) synchronisiert. Der Wasserwarner funktioniert schon bei Kontakt mit leichter Feuchtigkeit, habe ich mit einem Finger getestet. Wenn dann bei niedriger Batterieleistung die Mitteilung wie beschrieben auch erfolgt, dann ist dies eine sehr nützliche Sache. Die Verpackung könnte wesentliche kleiner sein, das Teil ist nicht so groß wie es von der Abbildung her erscheint. Für eine bessere Verständlichkeit für das Einrichten wären Abbildungen nützlich, wie z.B für die 4 Modi der Sensoren mit einem aufgelegten Finger auf der Abbildung des Sensors in der App. Wenn es dann, wie vom Verkäufer versprochen auch noch eine deutsche Anleitung gibt, dann ist alles iO.Klare Kaufempfehlung von mir, werde mir von den Wassermeldern noch mehr kaufen.Update 16.04.18: Habe heute den 2 Wassersensor erhalten und aktiviert, ging wie üblich sehr einfach und kann somit die schlechte Bewertung hier zur Einbindung ins WLAN nicht nachvollziehen. Nachdem die App installiert und ein Konto eingerichtet ist den entsprechenden Sensor über die App hinzufügen, Batterien einlegen, Paaring auswählen, QR Code scannen, WPS der WLAN Box (Fritzbox 7490) habe ich über deren Benutzeroberfläche gestartet, hat gleich beim 1. mal geklappt.Hatte bisher bei den beiden anderen Sensoren 1x Bewegungssensor und 1x Wassersensor keinen Fehlalarm. Bin sehr froh das ich diese Produkte ausgewählt habe, obwohl es kaum Bewertungen dazu gibt. Der Preis stimmt, die Optik ist oK und die beschriebenen Funktionen haben mich überzeugt. Die App wurde kürzlich aktualisiert, Wünsche gibt es trotzdem noch.

Estetica perfetta. Non si poteva fare meglio. Installato in breve tempo. Configurazione leggermente complicata. Funziona al primo collaudo con segnale acustico immediato, solamente troppo breve. Mi auguro che sia ok anche con il prossimo allagamento. Consigliato. Dopo aggiornamenti impossibile il suo utilizzo. Non viene più riconosciuto dalla rete. Mi spiace.
