I expect it isn't archival. The reason I say this is that when I use in card making, although it remains sticky longer than ordinary white double sided tape, the stickiness eventually fails. I can't remember how long it takes, but certainly several months down the line things become unstuck. It isn't a problem when sending cards to someone who won't keep them long, only when it's kept for a longer time, restocking would be necessary.

Yes you can stick it to card and cut your shapes out and then glitter them or flakes its up to your imagination .

With a decent pair of scissors it cuts very well never had any problems with it myself.

I'm not sure that I would use this for sticking anything to a wall. "Easy to sue sheets of adhesive. Ideal for cardmaking and crafting. Can be used with punches or cut to size required. Ideal for use with paper, card, glitter, beads, foil, foam, ribbon..... This adhesive is permanent and cannot be reversed. NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 36 MONTHS. " - As per packaging.
