Q: What actal size burger does it make

The size is just slightly less than that of the disks so about 12cm or just under 5in. Personally I make them slightly smaller by not squashing the burger meat down to the edge so it's easier to get out.

Q: Are the burgers okay to freeze in bulk?

Make sure you put greaseproof paper between them or else you end up with a solid tower of meat. I wouldn't put a stack of more than 6 maximum together anyway.

Q: If using pure minced meat [likely beef] how many grams of mince it take to make an average burger in this press please?

Hi Alex, just a quick reply, its hard to determine the grams which this item will hold. I tend to make split up to 500g of mince beef at a time for BBQ's. Maybe one is approx. 30g maybe.
