Wrist wraps make an enormous difference to your workout, and will help you through demanding heavy weeks.

Never used straps before so can't compare them to other brands. However had a couple of wrist injuries doing gymnastic rings work and needed decent support. These work really well and are adjustable very easily without reliance on Velcro or wearable parts. Handstands, dips, press ups etc. all work fine withem on and my wrists feel much stronger. Only thing I can't wear them for are false grip strict muscle ups on rings but other than that they're very good.Haven't tried them yet with thrusters or Olympic lifts that really try my wrists but I think they should work well there as well.General quality, stitching and finish is veryhigh quality, excellent value for money.

Easily the best wrist supports I have bought. They are durable, light, look good and function well. The level of customer service is a whole other level going above and beyond in terms of email communication before and after the product arrives. Nordic lifting clearly take a lot of pride in their service and I can vouch for it being top top class.

Item arrived earlier than I expected which was a nice surprise. The wraps itself are great, nice build quality and provide good support. They are not bulky so you still have good mobility on your wrists, perfect for Crossfit WODs where you need to move quickly and lift heavy. The instruction leaflet that came with it was clear and easy to follow as well.

Excellent wraps that fit very well and provide great support straight when tightened properly. Tightening actions is excellent but this style of wrap can, at times, be fiddly to loose.

The draw string on both sides didn't last too long. Cheap but poor quality

I own a small gym where we sell various weight lifting equipment and accessories, mostly straps and wraps. Coming across tons of stuff every year I must say these Nordic lifting accessories stand out quite a bit. Unlike a lot of other products these all come packaged in good looking zip-lock bags and more importantly with INSTRUCTIONS. You can't imagine how many people come to us and buy wraps without being able to figure out how to actually use them.. Well, these guys have figured it out. Kudos to them. Prices are very affordable as well for the quality you get. What they sell their wraps for is way less than the big brands like Scheik and Inzer, and the Nordic's are much superior in regards of stiffness (and thereby support, which is what wraps are all about).A short summary from someone with experience, for new users:WHY BUY WRIST WRAPS?1. Buy if you're really strong in pushing exercises (primarily bench) and your wrists are taking a beating. Don't let your wrists hold you back. Always take out the weak link of the equation.2. DON'T buy if you don't need the extra wrist support, it sounds intuitive but many (newer) lifters seem to think accessories are a "must have" even at lighter weights, they're NOT.

They fit really well. if the cord to tighten was a bit smaller I would give it a 5*.
