This works awesome with a pizza oven or a stone. I flour the surface and build pizza on it, be light on the flour and use cornmeal on the stone. Perfect pizza every time and sturdy enough to get the heavy pizzas in and out. Handle comes off for easy clean up and storage. The cutter works well, pretty sharp.

Overall it seems very sturdy and is easy to hold, since it's pretty light. Dough seems to stick to it unless you have alot of flour on it though.

Works very well with my pizza steel. I make pizza all the time now, and I also use it to make tortillas, and any other kind of flatbread. Without a pizza peel, those things would have been between a huge hassle and impossible. Also, this being made of thin aluminum sheet, rather than the thicker wooden ones, has made it much easier to slide the peel under a pizza on the steel, which has made it much easier to put pizzas & other breads into the oven and take them out.

Great combination product. Worked great w/ our grill pizza oven. Rocker cutter is a nice addition. Like how the handle comes off/rotates for easy storage.

I used lots of flour AND cornmeal and the dough still stuck to the spatula. I tried again and doubled the amount of flour and cornmeal and was successful, but it's good to slide it in as soon as possible - you hardly have time to top it with ingredients. A wood peel works much better. ALSO the cutter is not very sharp - it's a pain to use. I'd rather just use a sharp knife that actually cuts!
