I was replacing a similar looking product with this wine bottle opener. It is lovely looking....but that is it. What seems like the corkscrew is loose, no way to tighten it, so it just pushed the cork into the wine bottle. Tried it several times; and don't like cleaning red wine off floor, cabinets and my white jeans! So very disappointed that this opener did not work multiple times. Try another product...my sage advise. Thank you AMZ for allowing returns.

This thing is amazing... first off the color is amazing like a dusty rose. It is so simple to use and the cork popped out easily. The stopper is also a great quality and easy to get into the bottle. The little sweater and hat is a cute addition that brought a smile to our faces!

We bought this for a gift and it was lovely in person. It was sturdy, well made, very polished and looks to be great quality. It came with useful accessories and in a very nicely packaged storage box. We were very pleased with this purchase.

It does NOT work. It either pushes the cork into the bottle or the pin goes in and comes right back out not doing anything! Worst product ever.. was buying one to replace an older one and this was terrible

Great wine opener. Easy to use and slick cork removal.Comes with a bonus Christmas outfit for a bottle.Packed nicely so it could also be given as a nice gift.

It opens wine. The only thing that would improve this would be a nice storage box, I don’t love the stand. If that doesn’t bother you, I’d recommend this.

I had high expectations for this wine opener. We are not regular wine drinkers but on occasion will open a bottle, especially when company is over. Just tried to use the opener, first time out of the box, and it completely failed. It appears that the piece that is supposed to rise after inserting the screw into the cork does not move and therefore the screw twists right back out of the cork. Very disappointed with this.

It works. It's pretty well made. I hope it continues to work for a few years at least.
