excellent taste, stays fresh till the end, and good fiber results. I am experimenting with extra fiber to keep things moving and find about 5 of these a day work great. I also take pysilium husk but that just provides bulk and does not really affect transit time. These keep things moving without causing cramping but I still like adding a little psyllium husk for a clean movement. I was thinking these were pretty expensive but they are so yummy and seem to be helping me so I just came back to buy more. I would say if I take 5 a day these will last me 3 weeks or so. I do not actually count them but I think I hve 10-15 left in the container so it's time to order more and I think it's been about 3 weeks. I've not priced them elsewhere so I have nothing to compare them to but they are fresh soft and yummy.

Awesome tasting prunes . Low on glycemic index and high in fiber . Price too high but worth at least one buy for quality .
