I have wide feet and often have to buy a size larger to get the width and these are great for filling in at the back on a pair of heels. great number for the price. first used at xmas do, on the dance floor for 3 hours with little trouble, they do leave a sticky residue behind but if just replacing with another one it wasn't so bad.

A few years ago, I bought, online, a good-quality pair of walking shoes. I wore them on several walks, and my Achilles' heels were ripped to shreds, so I put the shoes into the back of a cupboard for a couple of years. I recently needed a new pair of shoes, and, after hearing about this product, I decided to try to bring my old (but barely-used) shoes back to life. These pads were easy to insert, and stuck well to the inside of the shoes. Most importantly, they provided much-improved comfort, and I am able to walk long distances totally pain-free, in shoes that were previously unwearable. If you wear your footwear regularly, you will need to replace the pads now and again, as they do become ragged after a few weeks or months, but this is not-too-taxing on the wallet as ten pads are provided in the pack. An excellent and very effective product.

I had a pair of running trainers that had worn on the inside of the heel on both shoes (my weird feet - this is always the area to go first on my footwear). The tread and rest of the shoe was still in really good condition so wasn't ready to throw them out. The area where the inner padding had worn had exposed the plastic section of the heel giving me blisters on my heel. I bought these hoping I could just patch that area. I was really sceptical about whether the would work but thankfully it worked great. These pads are super adhesive. They covered the area nicely and feel stuck in firmly. Really pleased with these pads.

Good size but not thick enough to provide grip. Had to use several at a time on top of one another to get grip.

Bought a pair of silver shoes online to match my NYE dress last minute but they rubbed the backs of my heels terribly and I could not wear them. Fortunately my sister told me about these heel grip liners which saved the day and meant I could look glam without any pain and dance the night away! I cannot comment on the longevity of these liners as I have not worn my heels since but they stayed firmly in place all night on NYE and show no signs of peeling away from the shoes yet.

Unfortunately, my shoes still slip off. Fabric very silky, so does not prevent heel coming out of shoe. I have put into some other shoes as cushioning and although I haven’t worn for any great time they do seem to stay on I.e. do not come unstuck.

For my shoe but not too good for me.Is like waste of money.
