I suffer with headaches a lot and found , along with painkillers, a cold compress and a dark room help. This item is amazing. It blocked out the light ( I did get a black one though) and it’s lovely and cold. I keep it in the fridge and now use it most night as I find it very relaxing fall to sleep a lot quicker . On holiday recently I put it in the freezer and at bed time put it on and slept like a baby. I’m buying more.

This works very well for me, when it warms up it doesn’t take too long in the freezer to cool back down again allowing another use.

Very comfortable and soft. Easy to lie down when wearing it.Nice and cool for migraines.

Doesn't stay warm for 30 minutes and when freezing it, that doesn't stay cold for 1 hour.It is ok for quick use.

My son loves these I really rate them too. They may have less gel than the back and front ones but then lighter and freeze quicker. My son actually doesn’t like the ones that squeeze his head too much. I trike the silky material and gentle pressure. We have a few different types but this is a favourite. My son does get hot and sweaty. Not sure how to effectively wash but currently I just wipe down. One went in the wash by mistake imagine a disposable nappy in the wash! I now use that as a cold pack for a bust ankle but no way you could use on head!

I get really bad cluster headaches and I used to have to put an ice pack on my head and over my eyes to help with the pain but when I was browsing on amazing for headache relief products and this came up I thought I’d guck it a try. I throw mine in the freezer to get really cold. I ordered once but then I ordered another as they do not keep the cold for more than 15-20 minutes or there about, it doesn’t go warm after that time but you can feel it that it isn’t working as well compared to the 10 minute mark so whilst one is on my head the other stays in the freezer then I continue to swap them out so I always have a cold one to hand. I like that it does slightly compress on your head but it would have been better to have extra padding which could sit closer on your eyes but overall it’s really good and I have recommended it many times to my friend who also get either bad headaches, cluster headaches or migraines

Material quality was good. It was gel based heavy texture in front part. There should be sizes available in this for small body figure peoples as it may be loose for them.

Ist kühlend und abdunkelnd. Kann nicht mehr ohne!! Einziger Nachteil: Es macht meine Frisur jedesmal kaputt, aber das nehm ich herzlich in Kauf, Hauptsache keine Kopfschmerzen mehr 🥲 Hab sogar meiner besten Freundin eins geschenkt, so sehr bin ich überzeugt
