It's an iron supplement
Started taking these after I was told I'm anemic. After a few days I could definitely tell a difference.

There is one nuance
After these tablets, there is a post-effect: the stool in the toilet is not solid, but liquid.

Very potent
My iron level are always up and down and having this on hand is golden. It works quick. It doesn’t have any taste and the size is not big so it’s easy to swallow.

Good iron supplement
These Iron supplement are small tablets, so they're easy to swallow. They contain 65mg of iron as ferrous sulphate, which seems to be what's in most iron supplements.I was surprised to find that these are a dark blue in color. If you look at the ingredients you'll find "FD&C Blue #1" and "FD&C Yellow #6", so the color is added. I have no need for them to be a particular color, so if I had my choice, I'd prefer they leave out the artificial coloring. But food coloring seems to be in lots of things these days. Since these are really small you're not really getting that much, so it's not that big of a deal. It just seems silly that they feel the need to dye them blue.Pricewise these are actually pretty competitive with 65mg Iron supplements from the large chain pharmacies, so I think they'd be a good choice if you need to add iron to your diet.

Good source of Iron
Easy to take, small dark blue pill. I've noticed no side-effects, as expected. These are great for when you are getting anemic. You'll need to take these a while to bring you back up if you've gone low, so it's best to prevent from getting low in the first place. If you have the risk factors, as I do, take one of these 2-3 times a week as preventative maintenance. I wouldn't recommend taking the daily dose without getting tested first, especially if you are older. Too much Iron can be harmful as well.
