Terrible customer service. Received a faulty product which can happen and isn’t a problem (It only recorded 10mins of a 90minutes session). I retuned the product after a single use, but was refused a full refund as they couldn’t re-sell the item because I had used it. They have asked for my personal email address to do further tests on the product to see why it was defected but still no refund. It’s now almost a month since I made the refund request, and they continue to drag their feet

I got Soccerbee for my middle schooler and he loves this device. It motivates him to work harder during the practice and the game. Also, it’s so easy to set up that he does it by himself, so it seems very easy to understand and use. For anyone interested in getting a soccer GPS tracker, THIS IS THE ONE!!!

Used twice for 70 minute under 13s matches so far. You get a satellite image of where you've played. You download the data THEN set what you've done. Practice, match, how long and it sorts it for you. 1st half stats and second half separately. Does it all for you. Great little thing.
