Hi it just contains a few of the sachets you need that would mix with the 40vol bottle of developer that is sold separately, you will also need to buy any gloves and brushes separately

I’m level 5 and i make full hair bleachbfor balayage. It works for me. Of course you would have to use toner or Demi. I’m happy with the product. I’ve ordered other brands after this one and not happy. I noticed that it does work better when you use same brand oxidant.

Yes, this is a good product but just be careful... it’s stronger than you think. Would suggest you try a small underneath section to gauge the time it will take for your hair to take the bleach... bleach can break hair off quickly but if you are careful this is best product on the market.
