Digital Medical Ear Thermometer for Fever, Digital Instant Accurate Reading Ear Thermometer with LCD for Whole Family

This ear thermometer was okay. The LED light is a bit hard to read in the day. The swipe options to read previous read was somewhat difficult to use. Sometime it works and sometimes it doesn’t.The app is only for kids. I cannot add myself not my husband. To add an adult, you have to use a fake birth year. I don’t think that should be limited to only children.

I bought this to check my body temperature when doing intense cardio exercises. it works like a charm. My body temperature did go up. i found it is more related to outside temperature like if I am exercising in the sun or not. I want to make sure I do not get too hot. This thermometer works like a charm. I am happy I bought it. All the data goes to the cloud. Raja

I’d read the negative reviews saying this thermometer was inaccurate & read 2-4 degrees high. I believed the manufacturer when they said the problem was the reviewers poor technique. I figured because I’m an RN & was used to using ear thermometers I wouldn’t have any problem using it. Sadly, those negative, 1 star reviews were right! This thermometer is very inaccurate...it reads 3-5 degrees too high. I use the proper technique and get the same temp for both ears (101-103 F using BonBaby, and only 97.7-98.4F when I use another family members thermometer). I need an accurate thermometer because I am immune suppressed & am at higher then normal risk for infections. Extremely disappointed with this product!!

I was so excited to receive this product when I noticed it was back in stock, but I am very disappointed in the product I received. The shipping bag was fine and had no tears, but when I opened the bag, my box was already opened and the seal bbn on the box had been cut and the front of the box was torn like someone tore it open. I was also missing the probe protector piece that was not in the box or bag. I tried turning the Earmo on to see if maybe I could still use it, but it kept giving me an ERR message that would not go away even when I tried taking out the batteries to try and reset the product but nothing worked. It wouldn't even stay on long enough for me to try and use the menu. I will be returning this product for a refund.

Our ancient ear thermometer hasn't been reliable lately and I decided that I wanted one that would connect to an iPhone app and allow me to keep notes. I have old dog-eared notebooks that I've used to record temps, medicine, symptoms etc for over 20 years, and I decided it was time to go higher tech. I was hesitating between the Earmo and the Kinsa ear thermometers as both have record keeping apps.. Both SAY they are for babies, kids and adults. I went with the Earmo because of the good reviews and easy to read "touchable" display. Since we have adults in our household, it seems ridiculous to buy a thermometer that will only record temps for children but that is what I found in the Earmo. It refuses to allow me to create a profile for anyone over 17 years old. When a kid (who happens to be 18 or 20 or even 64!) is sick, I still keep a record of their symptoms, what their temps are and when they last had medication. Okay, so I could lie and say we are all 16, but why should it be necessary? It is just annoying and when someone is sick I don't need anything else to distract me. So the Earmo is going back. I've no idea if it is accurate or not, but the lack of adult profiles was a deal breaker for me and reason for only 2 stars. I'm ordering the Kinsa and will post a review when I've tried it. I smartened up and checked out the Kinsa App before buying, and it will allow Adult profiles to be created. If you're interested in the Earmo, check out the App before buying.

Does not tell an accurate temperature. My daughter had a fever of 101.8 and it read her as 98.3 very unhappy with this purchase as I can’t even use it
