This is a great edition to my village. Great idea that you can control the volume for the music. Make sure when assembling it that you keep the tree branches away from the rotating arm as if the snag the whole thing topples over. Also make sure the base is sitting on a flat surface , I had mine sitting on a snow blanket and when it rotated it toppled over.

Wonderful quality
Looks great with the village, wonderful quality.

Great piece but appears top heavy
Looks good and works well enough. The only downside was that it is top heavy. Every time the flying sleigh crossed over the children below the whole lot would topple over. Got around this by removing the base and sticking some blu tac to the inside to even out the weight. Now works perfectly.

Santa coming through chimney
This product is a very lovely Christmas decoration toy We both love it We have it in front of the fire (when not in use) and Santa goes in and out of the fire Our first one broke & we had to have another

Unusable due to design flaw
Very disappointed. Normally we really like Lemax products, they are usually very well made and look and work as expected. Unfortunately the Santa Claus is coming to town is way too top heavy so as soon as it is turned on it topples over, the only way to stop this happening is to put a weight on one side of the base. Unless Lemax start putting some sort of weight actually inside the base I suggest no one purchases this item.

A lovely addition to our Christmas Decorations
The Lemax Christmas Village Santa Claus Is Coming To Town model. The rotating Father Christmas Sley and Reindeer creates a lovely scene and can be used with or without music playing. It has proved to be a lovely addition to our Christmas decorations. Not suitable to be used as a toy. But great to watch.
