Great Purchase
Fantastic backpack i'm actually obsessed.Lightweight, very functional and comfy to wear. It fit everything I needed for an international week and a half trip. Backpack straps were great but I also carried it as a duffle bag with no problem. 10/10 value for the money & its good quality. Color was pretty even though i personally didn't care. Didn't have any issues bringing it on to planes (I've used it on both regular airlines & budget).

Best travel back pack
Love this pack. Perfect for overseas travel, holds a lot and is easily accessible, comfortable to wear, well made and I live the color and that the straps can be tucked away.

Fabulous!
I am such an Osprey fan! I have/ had 8 packs and the roll up toiletry bag. Love Osprey. So do my kids, they keep “stealing” my bags! LOL.When I first received this bag, I thought there was no way it was 40 liters. It is deceptively larger than it looks. I love that the harness system is adjustable. I am 5’4 with a shorter torso and I am in my 50s. Fully packed out, this bag was a bit heavy for me to carry with just the hand straps. However, the harness system made it feel like I was carrying very little!I bought the Peak Design (30-45L) bag for my 5’2” petite athletic daughter. That bag, while well made with some cool features, is very heavy, no load lifters and a hip belt not made for us short people! She promptly stole this Osprey from me! So…. I had to order another Osprey. I ordered the Osprey Fairview 36L wheeled bag. Can’t wait to get it!

Very well made
Pros :I used this for luggage on a trip around the UK. I only took this piece of luggage for a 2 month trip. I took a lot of lightweight clothes, 3 dresses, 3 skirts, swimsuit, six cotton shirts, underwear and pjs and a small light towel. Cosmetics and bar shampoos and flipflops It is roomy and very well built. It fits in the overhead of large aircraft and under the seat of smaller ones. It is sooo comfortable to carry, seems to disburse the weight well, even for an older person (58). Very easy to carry.Cons: once packed I could not fit a water bottle or anything in the front outside pocket, it is too tight so that pocket is a waste. You cannot really use packing cubes, they take too much room. The best way to pack is to roll your clothes. I would have liked a proper zipped outside pouch.Other than that I love it.

It was perfect for our Europe Travels
My husband and I went back and forth on using this backpack during our travels in Europe or sticking with roller bags. We are so happy we bought these backpacks! I loved using this throughout our trip. I was able to fit a lot more than I thought I would in it and we were very happy to have the backpacks whenever we had to climb stairs or were in a rush to catch a train.Pros:Lightweight (when empty)DurableFits more than you think (Especially if you use packing cubes)Opens like a suitcaseTwo zipper pockets in the main compartmentDetached smaller backpack is great for use throughout the day and fits more than you think! The straps inside the bag really do compact the insideCons:It is a bit heavy on the shoulders after everything is packed which makes it a little uncomfortable but as someone who doesn't backpack all the time, I expected that.I wore the main backpack on my shoulders and then wore the smaller one on my front or carried it by the handle because it was too bulky/heavy to wear altogether on my back.Other notes:We were able to fit water bottles on the side of the smaller backpack but I will say they can fall out if you are turning the backpack upside down.Right before getting on a plane or when we were traveling by train we often zipped up the shoulder straps on the large bags and carried them by their side hand holder to be able to easily store it in the above compartments and that worked out perfectly for being efficient.I hope this helps with the decision making!

Durable, spacious, easy to pack
Okay so I love the main backpack (the big one). It is spacious and fits a lot and easy to open up and organize BUT the smaller backpack that attaches to the front is probably the most poorly designed and useless backpack I’ve ever used. It barely fits anything at all and is so skinny. It has an extra compartment at the top which doesn’t make sense because the bottom is then skinnier than the top and you can’t zip it. So it is still worth the buy, but don’t expect to get much in the small backpack except a laptop or maybe some toiletries or something.Overall tho the backpack has been great for traveling, holds up for months of consistent stuffing it full and forcing the zipper lol. Lasts and is worth the money!

Fabulous pack
I bought and used this pack for a three week international hiking trip. This essentially was my day pack for our 10 hour hiking days. It comfortably carried my water, first aid kit, sunscreen, lunch, etc.But it was so much more! I could easily pack five days worth of clothes in it. It was a travel sleeve that zips around the back straps allowing it to be safely checked at the airport when you need to check it.There was a “Mary Poppins” like quality to it. No matter how much I stuffed in there it seemed like there was always room for more. 😁
