Tough knife, bigger than it looks.
Beautifull, sturdy, well balanced knife, very sharp, feels good on the grip, tough looking knife, blade is thick and looks like it could take on work, great quality and came with the sheath (although it didnt have a loop to slide my belt through) I bought it as a gift for a friend and loved it, Im eventually getting one for myself.

Nice, fun knife!
First, my kids KNOW I love collecting "strange" knives. This one is great! Beautiful feather design and sharp as all get out! Of course if you want "rust resistant", I would suggest keeping a light oil handy for after you wash the thing. Then you KNOW it isn't getting rusty!

Amazing knife
As a knife collector. The look is amazing, the blade itself is very sharp (not a toy) grip is decent, comfort is good.

Awesome buy
A chef friend of mine kept pestering me about my cheap knives so I decided to buy new ones. This is the first in the set that I bought. I just bought one at a time because I was skeptical about the quality since the price is so good.I absolutely love the style of the knife. It’s sort of insane that the price is so low considering just the leather sheath by itself could go for fifty bucks. So really, jaw dropping. The handle is real wood, the details are lovely.I didn’t give five stars because it’s obvious it’s not completely hand forged, but at that price I didn’t actually expect it to be. I’m sure some of the details are done by hand, maybe more, but it’s not completely hand forged. Second reason why not 5 star is because it’s a heavy weight and actually hurts my wrist after a while, this can be good or bad depending on your preference. Initially I loved the weight, but after a while of chopping, not so much. And lastly, it’s not branded anywhere so you can tell it’s not a super high end or well known brand, but that doesn’t bother me since usually you pay four times as much just to get branding. All in all a great knife for someone who is not a professional chef and knife snob but still wants cool knives in their kitchen or something to take to a bbq or camping since it comes with a cool carry case. Pretty impressive and I just got a few other sizes to add to my collection. Might need to be sharpened if you want to actually drop a tomato from the sky and have it sliced.

A Fantastic Knife for Kitchen and Camping!
A while ago, I purchased the Huusk Japan Knife Feather Knife, and I’m absolutely thrilled with its performance! This hand-forged Viking-style knife is a perfect blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern functionality. The high carbon steel blade is razor-sharp right out of the box, and the edge has stayed sharp so far, even with frequent use. I haven’t had any problems with it, making it a breeze to slice through meat, trim fat, and even debone chicken with precision. I’ve used it for everything from prepping steaks in the kitchen to cutting meat during a camping BBQ, and it handles every task effortlessly. The feather-style design is not only stunning but also practical, with a unique hammered texture that prevents food from sticking. The full tang handle is sturdy and comfortable, providing excellent control whether I’m chopping vegetables or filleting fish. The included leather sheath is a great touch, making it easy to carry for outdoor adventures or store safely at home. It’s also packaged in an elegant gift box, which makes it an ideal gift for my dad, who loves cooking and camping. The quality and versatility of this knife make it worth every penny. It’s durable, well-balanced, and a joy to use in both indoor and outdoor settings. If you’re looking for a reliable, sharp, and stylish knife for your kitchen or camping trips, the Huusk Feather Knife is a must-have. Highly recommend!

Not a knife to cook with.
This is more of a hunting knife not a cooking knife.

Pondering - should I just leave this in the box and take it now and then??!!??
Oh-My-Goodness! I have spent a small fortune on knives for the kitchen. I initially bought this for slicing meat and veggies. I was skeptical when I first saw it online. I thought, how can it be as nice as in the slicing meat video, and look like it does in the picture, All for less than 60 dollars?I pondered it for a week, returning to Amazon to look at it now and then. I had ruminated for days, thinking, Hey Mike, why are you considering buying a knife that is so inexpensive it has to be.. uh.. plastic maybe!!??!! I finally gave in, mainly due to Amazons return policy, and purchased it.Welp-Short-Story-long.. When I received this knife I thought, WOW this looks to good to even cut butter with. The edge is super sharp, and the appearance is striking. I said to myself, I will only cut on a wood cutting board, and wash it by hand immediately. Knowing myself though, my thoughts were, I’m to lazy to wash it right after I use it, and most likely I would leave it in a wet sink until it’s dull or worse. To this day I have yet to use this knife on anything except my index finger checking the edge over and over in semi-disbelief. I always put it back in the sheath, then return it to my coffee table in the box, all the while I’ve been irritated with myself because it’s a knife.. not a coffee table book, it should be in the kitchen being used. Well, tonight was the big night, with fillet mignon steaks were on the grill, I swore to myself I would use it tonight, no excuses!!!(Sigh), Nope, it didn’t happen. Thus it has found its place in my home as a work-of-art that lives on the coffee table: :). Don’t hesitate to buy this coffee table knife, It is exactly as stated in the listing and in my opinion, it’s far better. Some day I will use it, just not yet :)
