I bought this product from other seller. I just wanted to help people who have random black screens which is frustrating. Turn off all power saving stuff, turn off hdr, lastly make sure game mode is set to on not auto. If the issue persist. I must type all my settings. Cause I played with the settings multiple times till I figured out the main issue. Also if you were on a pc use a Display Port cable not a HDMI. Cause when I switched to other pc I found out that the hdmi was faulty. Hope that’s help!

I bought this for my gaming PC. It's amazing. It's glorious. It's stunning. Brought a tear to my eye, it's so beautiful. I get ~140 fps @ 4k in Call of Duty and it's crisp and clear with no blur. I sit with my nose less than 24" from the screen and it's just jaw-droppingly good. It's got all the normal apps installed. Got a nice little remote. It's got better-than-average speakers for their size and flatness. I run it at about 10% brightness because it's stupidly bright. My only issue is that if you're using a DisplayPort cable and the monitor turns off due to inactivity, the PC shuts off the DP port and you have to restart the PC. (It's actually more of an issue with the PC.) Simple fix is to tell the monitor to *never* turn off due to inactivity. Other than that small hiccup, money well spent.

Bought this on sale to replace my Sceptre 2k monitor which I use for consoles & non-competitive PC games. I have to say that I am very impressed with this product overall despite the hefty price tag even after sale (699.99 CAD plus taxes) Pros : - The image quality is superb. Far better than previous 4k monitor I've owned. Playing your games on 4K on this screen is joy - This monitor is packed with feature : it can be used as a smart TV because it has many things built-in such as Netflix, YouTube, Xbox game pass cloud...... - This monitor HAS speakers ! I didnt know before buying because most of gaming monitors do not come with speakers. This speaker, it sounds really great : its as good as my dedicated Razer speaker for PC, not to mention it is very immersive : some ambient sounds made me thinking it came from outside of my window - If you are a Samsung phone user, this is even a bigger plus : you can connect your phone to the monitor and control it with your Samsung smartphones! Using my S24 Ultra and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro on this thing makes it a lot easier and I no longer afraid of losing the remote control Cons : there are some, but nothing deal breaker or worth knocking down a star - Stand is very cheaply build and it is wobbly . Not a huge fan of this type of stand but, not a major issue if you are not constantly moving your screen. - Switching between input is bit on the annoying side : you can do it with remote but you have to go through some menus and it will always bring you back to home screen. Because I have my tower connected to this screen as well so, not ideal when I get brought to home screen while switching from DP to HDMI. This is my biggest issue with the monitor but again, not a deal breaker. This also kinda applies to changing volume : the control buttons on the monitor isnt the best so you will have to use your remote to do that - Some minor input delays : but seems like switching it to Game Mode will eliminate it. But again, you have to go through all the settings to find that out. Overall, since I purchased this monitor for mostly console gaming (and ready for PS5 Pro), the downsides are merely flaws for me. However, if you are planning to buy this for mostly PC gaming, you should consider something else. However, if you are buying a monitor for entertaining and console gaming only, get these instead : they are packed with features and not to mention the high quality of the internal speakers which many monitor lacks even at this price range. This is to me, 4.5/5 , very happy with the purchase.

Got it on sale for 799.99 CAD. Colours are fantastic, 144hz 4K HDMI 2.1 is great for next gen consoles like my PS5. The only flaw I see is the failure for the monitor to recognize a new input and switch between HDMI 1 and 2 accordingly. However if left in standby it will power on by itself when the console turns on. Overall, this monitor is great, leave HDR off as HDR 400 is “fake” HDR and hurts visuals. Shouldn’t even be allowed honestly.

El producto es genial, aunque tiene sus defectos, como cualquier otro producto. Buenos colores y brillo, el audio es bueno, tiene iluminación la cual puede emular los colores que se presentan en pantalla aunque no es muy buena que digamos, la interfaz de usuario es medianamente buena (cuando se realizan configuraciones se puede perder la conexión del dispositivo al que estes conectado teniendo que reiniciar todo porque la pantalla queda congelada, igual que cuando accedes al menú de dispositivos o de configuraciones también se pierde la conexión, teniendo que volver a elegir el dispositivo al cual estabas conectado). Incluye control con batería interna, eso es bueno, aunque no trae cable USB tipo C para que lo puedas cargar, cable display port, cable USB para interconexión y su fuente de alimentación. la conexión para Xbox y PS es alcanzable a los 120 Hz y la calidad será muy buena, aunque el consumo eléctrico también lo será.
