great product for the money
I am 55 years old and I guess you could call me 'old school' since I never used a water flosser and always used dental floss. ha, ha. Well, the last couple dental cleanings I had, the cleaning girl suggested a water flosser since I had a couple crowns and explained to me how a water flosser would better clean the 'pockets'. I thought it over and decided to researched and review different water flossers. I had it narrowed down to this product and a name brand one. The reason I was drawn more to this flosser was the bigger water tank. It holds just a little under 12oz while the name brand held about half that. So, I ordered this one. When it arrived, I charged it up and read the instructions and watched the video to better educate myself. I have to say it took a few times to get the hang of using a water flosser since this is my first time ever using one at age 55. I even took the suggestion of some reviewers and practiced using it in the shower the first couple times. I have had this flosser for a month and half and it is still holding charge from the first time charging it. It has a long battery life and I love the larger water tank too. I feel my teeth (and crowns) are getting cleaner with a water flosser versus string floss. I am very happy with my purchase and glad I choose this one from the two I had it narrowed down too. A great product for half the money of the name brand one.

Stopped working but product was replaced
The product worked great the first few weeks. When it needed a recharge it wouldn't take the charge which coincided with missing the date allowed for a refund. Coincidence? I think not! This is an UPDATE. I was contacted by the company who offered to send me a new water flosser if I would revise my negative review. I felt that was fair. I have received the new flosser. I informed the company that I would use the flosser for a while to see if this flosser lasts longer and will take a charge. Stay tuned . . .This is an update. The company has replaced my Water flosser with a brand new one. I am very impressed with them and their commitment to satisfying the customer. I have been using the flosser every day since September 28. It is now October 4. Again, I love using it; however, I have not needed to charge it yet. The good news is the charge lasts a long time and the flosser does a very good job on the gums and teeth. The real test will be when the battery needs to be recharged. I will continue to update this post.Update October 18, 2022. I am still using my Water flosser. I am happy with the product and happy with the customer service. They listened to my complaint and they made it right by replacing the water flosser.

So much better than string floss
I have always wanted a waterpik and I got lucky and found this one for half the price! I have never liked flossing with the string so when I saw there was another option I was elated! I do recommend fully reading the instructions. As well as just kind of messing around with it. Also I have sensitive gums and teeth so I started at the child mode. I have been using it for four days and love how my teeth feel cleaner. It has a huge tank so I usually don’t have to refill it until I am done. I charged it for 24 hours the day I got it and it’s still going strong four days later. And another great feature is that it comes with 6 attachments!

beginner friendly water flosser
I have bad gums and my dentist always tells me I need to floss more (i do floss everyday) so I decided to get a water flosser for even more help getting between teeth. For my first water flosser, I got the Aquarius from a well know brand because dentist recommend it. It was a hot mess, it had to be plugged in and the handle was attached to the tank so you had poor mobility with it. Water shot up everywhere, NOT beginner friendly. You couldn't travel with it because it was big and bulky. This cordless flosser has been greater. It charges up and stays charged for a week, all you do is add water . It has great settings ...I use the child one because it isn't as aggressive but gets between teeth. Little to no mess and its cordless so you can really get in every spot. The button to stop is in the perfect spot. I will def re-buy . Updated ..... a month later it stopped working . Waste of money !!!!
