Eucalyptus gunnii Silver Dollar - Cider Gum, Shrub, Tree, Garden Plant in Pot

Arrived very promptly, well packed, although in enough styrofoam to fill a small landfill (I do wish plant sellers would look at alternatives - one supplier I bought from in the past uses straw, which I re-use as mulch - cats hate the feel of it, stops em digging), anyway, other than this minor gripe which relates to packing rather than product, am happy with the plant. It's quite tall for the pot size (it's 95 cm tall from top of pot to the very tip), although also a bit lanky, not nearly as bushy as the last one I bought, but then it's also less than 1/3 of the price, so you can't expect too much. For the price, it is a very good size and so far, looks like it's decently rooted, although have not taken it out of the pot yet. Looks reasonably healthy, a few brown leaves, or with brown edges, but nothing serious - again, considering the price, and the size of the plant, you can't expect the previous care to have been meticulous, but it's well worth the price. Probably worth more than it cost, and am sure it will grow on well. What I will say: it does not look like the plant in the picture (wouldn't have expected it for the price, either, but some buyers seem to expect the impossible) - it's hard to judge, but it might actually be around the same height as the one shown, but far less bushy. I have taken a quick pic, it's quite hard to get it all in the frame and am in the middle of a few jobs in small space, so there's a lot crowded around the edges, but hope you can get an idea.. Hopefully, will manage not kill this one with neglect!

Delivered lying on its side inside cardboard box surrounded by polystyrene chips. In very good condition despite no light and no loss of soil from being horizontal.It’s already grown quite a bit after just a couple of days. So pleased with it. Planted in pot but may well transfer to garden in due course. Good value for money.

Very pleased with this plant, wasn't expecting to see so many branches and it's in great condition. Excellent value for money.2 years later, growing well 2 meters tall, beauitful, strong plant.

The items arrived on time but one was in a smaller pot and was almost dead on arrival - I persevered with it for 2 weeka but it did not survive. The other plant was in a bigger pot, was stronger but still took a lot of nurturing they were not as pictured so very disappointed. I would not buy from this seller again.

Only stayed a live two week not sure if it was the plant or I just don't have green fingers. But I would of thought it would do better than that.

Arrived nestled in foam pieces in a large box and so was in perfect condition and the soil was still very moist! Plant is doing well and very happy! Other major plant suppliers could take a leaf out if their book!

Arrived properly wrapped for postal journey. Prior to posting this plant must been kept in nursery without enough light as it groves to one side only what you can see on the photos enclosed. Otherwise a bit weedy, delicate branches seems hardly be able to hold themselves in position, bending down under their own weight. Watered, fed, put on windowsill exposed neglected side on dappled sun, hope it will get its balance and grow strong.Speaking honestly - I paid for this plant. It's not like I found abandon one which I decided to nurse to it's better condition, it suppose to be in good condition.I am not returning it only because I do not have printer to print returning label, to do so I'd have to go to internet cafe, than I'd have to take it to the post office to return it. I am disabled person and walking with severe difficulties, so that's the only reason I decided to nurse this plant. If I were in better walking condition - this plant deserve to be returned and I to have my money back.

Fast delivery, good packaging, healthy plant in 9cm pot. I have potted on twice now to get an established plant before planting to it's final position. It is now 15" high by 12" across after a month. I am very happy with the growth since receiving it. The leaves are a grey green and will go well with two silver grey shrubs I intend to plant against a darker green backdrop. Would recommend both plant and supplier.
