At the end of the massager there is a small hole with the word DC written on it, this is the waterproof charging port, you need to fully insert the pin of the USB charging cable into this port and then connect any USB charger to charge.

Have charged for 2 hours, theres no light and it has not charged. Has anyone had this issue? First time charging
