The media could not be loaded.  The filter is easy to remove and clean so maintenance is a breeze.. and my cats all loved it! they all checked it out and drank from it on the first day! Good Buy, imo.

Very hard to get pump hook on tube. You have to feel the one tube which is under the top dish to hook tube. The second tube to. Would not recommend at all

First of all this ceramic cat waterfall is beautiful to look at and hear. Within seconds of putting it out for the kitties they came to check it out. One of them tried water from each level and then stood by watching it.This was simple to set up since it comes together. You just clean it and add water. The fact there is no filter to replace is great! We give them bottled water anyway since we have well water.There was a free gift with ours. It came with a really nice hair grabbing glove to pet the kitties with. This is fun to use on the kitties when they want held. It grabs a ton of hair and they just think we're petting them.Our cats are really enjoying their new way to get water. I appreciate it being ceramic since I don't give food or water in plastic bowls due to allergies. The look of this makes you think it's a decoration, yet it's actually serving a purpose. We love this fountain and so glad our kitties love it.

Not sure how this fountain would work without a filter, but more simple than I thought. Both my cats like to fight over what water bowl they would drink from. Ever since they’ve use this for the past month, they even drink together! I have actually recommended this product to some of my other cat friends.

The media could not be loaded.  This is pretty and it's heavy so the cats won't knock this one down easily! There is no filter or filter to replace, however it has not gotten slimy like some of the other ones that even have filters on them do. The drinking areas are on the small side so this fountain would not be good for medium or big dogs or big cats who easily get whisker stress. It's noisier than some but that is a pro for me not a con because I love the sound of flowing water. The video does not give it justice.

My 2 cats liked it instantly, I like that both are able to drink from it at the same time. Only thing I didn’t like was the color was blue was much light than pictured. Had I known I would have picked the black one.

It came with a cracked on the bottom when I tried to put water in it the water went everywhere. Very displeased. Wasted money.

Update: It's been a bit, and I no longer like this water fountain. It has to be topped up at all times for the fountain to work properly. I woke up this morning, and it was gurgling. There was only an inch of space between the water and the top of the bowl. Very annoying. My cats prefer the fountain over a bowl, so I'll use this until I can replace it, but it is DEFINITELY getting replaced.---So far, I'm very impressed with this. It was a lot heavier than I expected it to be, and a lot larger. The pictures make it appear smaller than it really is, so I was worried that it wouldn't hold enough water for my five cats. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it holds about five to six cups. Be sure not to overfill it.I wiped it down with a wet washcloth before filling it with water and testing it. During the wipe down process, I accidentally disconnected the pump. I didn't intend to do that, but it did allow me to see how it reconnects. I have a large hand, and it was difficult for me to do it at first. But after fiddling with it and removing the pump and putting it back in, I was finally able to reconnect it to the rubber tube.I put about 2 cups of water in it, but it wasn't pumping out any water. When I added in another 2 cups, it started to pump water from the top. The water shoots out about 2 inches, but it doesn’t make a mess. After confirming it was working properly, I put it in the room where my cats spend most of their time.I especially love that this doesn't require a filter that has to be replaced. This is going to save me so much money. I will warn you that it's made of heavy ceramic, so be very careful not to drop it. It will break (and your toe might too, if it lands on it). I can't see a cat breaking this by accident by landing on it though.My cats drink quite a bit from it, and this results in the water level going so low that it gurgles. I wish it would work with only an inch or so of water in it. You have to have at least four cups for the fountain to work without gurgling, and that means I'm filling it up at least twice each day. The gurgling is very loud. I should mention that I have 10 cats, so someone with only one or two cats won't have to fill it up as much as I do. I think it would be the perfect design if the water went down through a hole in the bottom of it into a tube that spits it back out on top. Then it would only gurgle if it's empty.
