This product works great on my Kia Sorento 2014 and is very easy to use. As a master mechanic, I can confidently say that even entry-level technicians can handle this product with ease. Highly recommended! Just make sure to clean the hole thoroughly so the bolt seats properly.

Great product. Used it on a 1994 Acura Integra to put new threads in for the cylinder head bolts. Torqued the head down to speck car runs great. Did need to open the top of the hole more so the tools would fit down inside further. Mark your drill bit and don’t go deeper than needed and I’d expect the same results.

Do not buy if your trying to fix the Toyota 2.4L head bolt threads issue it will not work spend the money for the right tool kit

If you are lucky you can TAP 2 HOLES.TAP IS DULL AFTER THAT.SNAP,NOW I AM LOOKING FOR ANOTHER TAP THAT LAST & LAST.

I didn’t trust these inserts to hold a cylinder head bolt in an aluminum block. They are thin walled which wasn’t much more than the original threads in the block. I would trust this insert to repair a stripped spark plug thread or similar application. The picture shows the larger inserts on the right which I decided to use instead of these.

The only drawback was I needed 6 more inserts for the job. You can't buy them separately, so I had to purchase another complete kit.This set worked perfect!
