Following up on my previous bad review of the product, the customer service folks offered to refund my money. They made good, so I'm good. **************** There are a lot of reviews and a fairly high average rating for this product, but I've had no luck. Nothing works with it. There is a power supply jack, but no power supply included and no information , that I can find, on the listing. The description talks about asking, if you have issues, but I can't figure out how to contact the seller. I'll find another one.
