A must For Every Child
What a lovely book! I used it as a starter for some lessons throughout Key Stage 2 and it proved to be thought provoking to the young pupils I was reading it too. Excellent discussions, debates and questioning produced some excellent follow on work. Lovely, individual pictures and illustrations add to the enjoyment. Thoroughly recommend it.

Perfectly pitched, and important for both parents and children
It's immensely good news that the rights of the child are nowadays enshrined in international law, and it's good for parents to share the knowledge of those rights with their children. This book is gentle, simply written, beautifully illustrated, and a joy for parents and children - or teachers and children - to share.

+Excellent PHSE YEAR 4+ Teacher resource
Really great at making the rights easy to understand for year 4 students, I don't think I would read it to younger children thou.

Great resource
I use this to teach family groups across the school - these are vertically tiered groups which meet once a week from Reception class to year 6. This is a fabulous project to teach across a term.
