I got the medium, and it fits me great, firm enough to deliver good compression without being overly restrictive or tight. Good compression shirt overall, I will say though it is very difficult to put on I am 5,5 150 pounds and I wanted to buy this to feel more confident with my body. It will suck your love handles great and fits to size, the tummy part will not make you flat in the stomach. But will slim it out by a little. Recommend product, it’s one of the better ones out there.
