This K2 has a light taste, which wasn’t bad at all. I did go through it faster than expected. It didn’t last as long as the package said, even taking the recommended dose. No issues with the supplement itself, but I’ll be switching back to pills.

I like the vitamin K2 .

Product is good. Seems to do what it's supposed to vitamin kwise. Dropper allows you to take lower dosage as most vitamin K products are high dosed. I don't like the design of the dropper though as it drips when not squeezing so have to watch that.

I have osteopenia and vitamin K2 has helped it slow down, actually seems to have halted the progression. It definitely seems to work to strengthen bone. I recommend taking it if you're over 45, especially for women.

My calcium blood level came down slightly. Been taking the K2 sublingually for 6 months or so. I take the k2 at night and vitamin D in the morning.

My healthcare practitioner informed me that I was not absorbing calcium properly, that there was too much calcium in my blood. That was scary, especially since I was showing osteopenia in my DEXA scans. She suggested that I supplement with vitamin k, which is necessary to absorb calcium into my bones, for instance. This full spectrum Vitamin K supplement must have helped. Now my tests show that my blood levels of calcium are in normal range. And the DEXA came back stable and slightly improved. I really like it that MCT oil is part of this supplement, also.

This is a very good supplement that helps your calcium to go to your bones and not to your arteries. I believe it's a better option than taking massive amounts of calcium as you get older. I highly recommend the supplement! Take it with some vitamin d as well.

It was easy to use. Could not tell if it worked or not. Didn’t feel any different after using the whole bottle. I’m pretty healthy so that may be why.
