Easy to connect to home wifi and then over to ...
UK customer so Google Voice isn't really relevant here as it seems to be US only.Easy to connect to home wifi and then over to obitalk to register the phone on there and use their site to configure the phone over the net.Added both Sipgate and Voipfone lines without any great issues. Used it for a few long dial in conference calls of 2 hours each and didn't miss a beat, great audio quality, speakerphone works great. Really pleased with it.

Quality phone for Google Voice with excellent speakerphone
Good office phone for Google Voice and other providers. My business number now rings my desk instead of my mobile, and calls inside the US are currently free with Google Voice. Feels like a solid device and the speakerphone sounds great both ways. Worth the investment.Pro-tip: To dedicate one of your unused line keys to speed dial your Google Voice voicemail, enter your device's basic configuration from your OBiTalk dashboard and under "Configure and Label Your Line Keys", set the desired line key to "Speed Dial" "Auto", give it a name like "Voicemail", and set the extension to "sp1(12225551234)". Replace the number in parens with your 1-prefixed Google Voice number, and replace sp1 with sp2 through sp6 if your Google Voice is configured on a secondary Service Provider slot (see attached image). Select "Save". Your phone should quick reboot and your Google Voicemail is now only one button press away.Pros:- Works with Google Voice. Place domestic calls in the US for free. Free three-way calling. Free voicemail. Keyword: free.- One touch call forwarding. Leaving the office and rather take calls on your mobile? Tap one button and be on your way.- Excellent echo cancellation on speakerphone. Multiple people have claimed they did not realize they were on speaker.- Good overall call quality.- Feels like a quality product.Nits:- Handset will not balance between ear and shoulder. Forget it. Use speakerphone instead.- Softkeys do not press down evenly (rock to one side or another) and have too much resistance; easy to accidentally dial a digit twice. If you often place calls requiring key entry (conference and automated lines), this is probably a con. Would prefer plastic keys with better pressure feedback.- Set up is somewhat technical.Cons:- Configuration can be done in three places, the OBiTalk website, local IP access to the phone itself, and on the phone. The former overrides the latter two. I ended up with most config via OBiTalk and some minor tweaks locally, where OBiTalk config didn't work for me. Would be nice if these services would at least fully sync settings bi-directionally.

Great Performance - Super Price
I bought one. Then, I bought three more after checking the first one out. I've been an Obihai customer for years. I've three 202 units (great device if you want to use analog phone equipment you already have) and one 200 so their programming interface is familiar to me. In my case all I had to do was add these four units to the same Obitalk screen I've been using for years. Further, I had no trouble whatsoever with adding multiple Google Voice numbers to each deskset. And, each desk-set's firmware updated itself automatically as soon as each device was registered to my Obitalk account. I can only assume that the several negative reviews recently written were from customers who were unfamiliar with Obihai, and did not reach out to them for support. I will warn any buyer that the documentation included in the box is near to zero. However, extensive (massively detailed and 98% unnecessary information for most customers) is available to download for this series of phone. But all of that documentation isn't needed if you create and get into an Obitalk account. Adding Google Voice requires little more than knowing the Google account information and following a somewhat intuitive process on the website. These phones work great. Programming is a one time operation unless you want to change something - - and doing that's easy too. They are a great product at a great price in my assumption simply because Obihai was purchased by Polycom quite some time ago and these units and their boxes are Obihai branded.

Great Audio Quality and Clarity, plus the phone build itself is high quality
I am very happy with this purchase. It has taken a few days to learn all the features. The most impressive feature of this phone is the audio quality. The audio on both the handset and the speaker phone is just incredible. I have not heard anything like this in years.I am using it with Google Voice and also two different CallCentric accounts. I like CallCentric because of how you can filter out telemarketers and SPAM calls with ease. I have both my home and home office lines with CallCentric and both are programmed into this phone along with Google Voice.I have also programmed five speed dials so far and they work great. As with all Obi devices, they are all easy to set-up and configure via the Obi portal. Or you can by-pass the portal and configure via the phones built-in web interface. Whatever you prefer. I like the portal since it is quick and easy,The quality of the phone is excellent. Fits very well on my home office desk.I highly recommend this phone to anyone looking for a quality phone with incredible audio quality and clarity.

Great When it works - Obihai support NOT GOOD!
I LOVE THIS DEVICE - when it was working! I use Ring Central for work (mutliple extensions) and google voice for personal. I have them all set up - works like a champ. However, now my device started acting up and Obihai support was extremely hard to get assistance from. I spent hours holding and no one ever picks up. After multiple emails, they finally called me. After hours of back and forth, multiple calls, getting randomly disconnected, having to send "Help me Please emails", they finally said they would send me an return label. I thought, "great!" I assumed they'd overnight a replacement - I WAS WRONG!They are having me send my unit back to them for further troubleshooting/testing/repair. If they can't fix it, they'll send me a replacement.I use this phone as my PRIMARY business line as a teleworker working at home. This support will not cut it for business users.GREAT PRODUCTS have GREAT SUPPORT. Until Obihai improves the support structure, they can't be classified as 4/5 stars.

but it works fantastic. I use it as my home phone with ...
A little difficult to set up and you need a knowledge of the OBITalk advanced user settings to get it to show voicemails, but it works fantastic. I use it as my home phone with 3 other lines I can call out from. Definitely worth the money.
