I have been taking this vitamin for a month and I noticed a difference within the first couple days. My bowels are regular, bloating is gone, I have more energy, my hunger/cravings have lessened and I actually lost 8 lbs. They taste and smell like a vitamins, not bad at all. I always say you get what you pay for and these are worth the money!

I have IBS that does not respond to a host of medications the doctors have prescribed. This helps me have regular bowel movements with less pain. The downside is that I have experienced more gas. Other all effective, best option for me.

I have purchased Slimbiosys seven times, and I have to say that it has helped my digestive health. The reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because something was wrong with the last bottle that I received, specifically, the capsules themselves had a horrible vitamin flavor. Usually, the outside of the capsule is flavorless, but not with this batch. It almost seemed like they capsules had rolled around in the contents before being filled. I have to put one way back on my tongue and swallow it quickly with a lot of water to rid myself of the flavor. I'm hoping this is not going to be the trend from now on, or I'll be switching brands.

I only gave 3 stars because I don't feel I have been using them long enough - I want to wait until the end of the month and see how it has affected my weight - so far I haven't lost any major weight - I will say this, it does take away snack cravings and I have a sweet tooth and this product seems to curb the sweet cravings - the pills are easy to swallow - and I do seem to have a bit more energy so the vitamins must be helping my body too - like I said, I will come back with an update after one full month of using this product.

I’ve only been using this for 5 days and already feel the difference. I was so bloated that it was hard to breathe and the bloating is gone now. I feel like I have more energy as well. Have been more “gassy “ than usual but I can live with that (if my family and coworkers can is another story).

DO NOT buy this. It does not do any of the things it claims. All it does is upset your stomach. I had stomach issues that just got worse. I had a nutritionist check it and said it is absolutely horrible for you and will only tear up your stomach. Made me bloat and gain weight rather than to lose weight. Kept me up at night from the horrible stomach pains. I had terrible brain fog and couldn't concentrate while taking it. I would give it 0 stars if I could!!

Been taking a little under a month and have noticed a difference in BMs, less cramping, and slightly more energy. Haven't really kept track of weight, but we'll see!

Is amazing doesn’t upset my stomach I keep reordering every month.
