THEY WORK!!!
These bands are awesome!Years after having my wisdom teeth removed, my teeth have slowly started to move; creating a small slit-like gap between my two front teeth. I went to a dentist to get some filler put in to make it less noticeable, but they totally botched the job! Since I have Medicaid, and it only covers one filling a year, I would've had to pay $450 to get it fixed. Lol!! I found that ridiculous considering my gap wasn't even that big. So I turned to Amazon for these gap bands that are only $5. I couldn't believe how fast the results started to show! They are hardly noticeable when wearing them, and are comfortable to wear. When I was showing my family they had to get super close in order to even see them on my teeth. Knowing that, I began feeling more comfortable wearing them in public. I've been wearing them to work, some outings, and while I sleep. However, it did take a little bit for me to get used to talking with them on. Since my tongue was hitting the back of the band, it felt awkward, but after a few days my pronunciations went back to normal. Also, I can't eat while wearing them. But their super easy to take off so it's no biggie.CONS:Unfortunately, they are super hard to get on the first couple times because they are so small. I've had a few shoot across the room my first time trying them out. Also, I had to order another package of them because the bottom of my first baggie was slit open. So instead if receiving 100 of them, I only got 12, but the second one I got came perfect.FYI:The more you use the same band, the more stretched out it becomes. Try switching up the bands every other day for the hold to stay strong on your teeth. The bands will break if they are stretched too much.Make sure you wear them everyday for several hours for at least a month, otherwise the gap will start to appear again. After a month goes by, wear them every so often to keep the gap from reappearing in the future. Also, keep in mind when closing one gap you are creating another somewhere else. So be aware of that if you are trying to fix a large gap.IMPORTANT:Make sure you are placing the bands in the middle of your teeth and not up into your gums. Google pictures of what problems that can cause and you'll take my advice. LolBut I highly recommend these!! You get 100 of them for a great price, and they are effective!***If helpful, please click 'Helpful'*** :)

Great Product that fixed my worrying gap in just a couple of nights
These little bands work wonders. I, like many people, did not wear my retainer and began seeing a gap forming between my front two teeth. I was petrified to tell my parents and orthodontist after spending so much money and time to fix my teeth in the first place. I began to research how I can close the gap that was forming and stumbled upon this. To be honest I was not expecting much for $5 but I was blown away by the results. The gap that had me so worried was almost perfectly closed after just one night sleeping with these bands. It was incredible. If you are in the same boat and need to close a gap between your front two teeth I 100% recommend this product. The only downside is how difficult it is to put on the bands. I went through about 7 bands the first time i tried putting them on. Luckily, I developed a good technique of getting them in position. I take 2 thumb tacks, put the bands around both pointy ends and stretch the band out far enough to slip onto my teeth. I then slowly pull one thumb tack away and then the other. I then proceed to gently move with my finger to apply it to its final position.Overall the product is absolutely incredible for $5.. Do not hesitate if you need to close a gap. Stay persistent and you will see results guaranteed. Remember getting the bands on will be frustrating and you might want to give up but don't. try my technique instead or better yet, find your own that works for you.

Snapped very easily
My son could barely open his mouth and the rubber bands would break. They were considered extra heavy, which I was not aware, so the rubber bands were super thick and also hard to get them on his braces. We ended up throwing them away and not using them.

AWESOME!
These elastics are really good! They don't look like those in the pic, though--they're MUCH BETTER! They're wide (heavy), so they don't 'roll' up into my gums or off my teeth as much as the ones I've used before (the ones in the pic). They're small, so they're a little hard to get my fingers in to put them on, but they do the job (pulling my teeth together) much quicker than the others. I recommend these for closing gaps in your teeth. When I get mine where I want them, I'll be getting a retainer. If you can't afford a retainer, keep these puppies around--they do the trick! In the attached pic, you'll see the **two elastics at the bottom** are the ones I'm reviewing--small & thick! The one above (in my attached pic) is like the ones I've used before, which slip off your teeth & up into your gums much worse than these do--bad. They used ones like those in the product pic, which is unfortunate, because they aren't good for the purpose of closing gaps.

They work. Have to have patience
It takes some getting use to when putting them on. Try to make sure your teeth are dry. The first week or 2 will be very painful just try not to bump your teeth into each other or you will want to cry. DONT let it ride up your gums it will hurt more. It took a little over 2 months for my gap to close. I would wear them 12 hours a day ( usually over night) and wasn’t noticing anything so I started wearing them 24 hours only taking them off to eat and sometimes drink. Like others said your gap will return when you stop wearing them so you may wanna purchase a retainer ( haven’t did it yet ) I just did the 2 front teeth but I should’ve did 4 because it left a small space. So now I’m gonna work on closing it. Also if the band pop it’s probably because it’s not on right or worn out. *This is not professional medical advice *
