The iSpring Spotless Car Wash System (Model WGB22BD-BP) is a must-have for any car enthusiast. It delivers truly spotless, streak-free results thanks to the deionized water—no more water spots, even in direct sunlight! The bypass valve is a great touch, letting you easily switch between filtered and regular water.I did have a a couple hiccups with a few missing parts, but iSpring’s customer service was fantastic. Nick responded quickly and had the replacements shipped out immediately. His help was above and beyond what I expected—super professional and efficient.Great product, even better support. Let me start off by saying the customer support is 10 stars. They will respond to you in a timely manner.My first wash was a disappointment. I knew going in my water was hard and has a tds of approx 700.But it turns out I needed to change my methods. I was using a cheap foam wash and an even worse foam gun not to mention I was washing in direct sun.After switching to a quality lubricating foam wash and a quality foam gun and not washing in direct sun, the results were what I excepted. Zero water spots.My vehicle is new and ceramic coated. After washing and rinsing I do go around the vehicle with an air blower for about 3-5 min.’s to get most of the water off. But the leftover water dries spotless.

This is a great product. I should have purchase this years ago but was deterred by the high price point. I've been washing my own car for several years and always had to washed them during the morning time before the sun came out to minimize hard water spotting. Now with this spotless system I can freely wash my car during the daylight under the sun and not having to rush to dry my car before water spots start to form. I also have a RO drinking water system from iSpring and they have the best customer service.

I've been using the Spotless Deionized Water System for a few months and it delivers exceptionally pure water leaving windows streak-free. However, I encountered an issue with the filters. I called customer service and spoke with Michele, who was incredibly helpful and patient. She guided me through troubleshooting and resolved the problem quickly. Michele's excellent support reassured me of the product's value. Despite the filter issue, the system's performance and stellar customer service make it worth recommending.

Easy to set up and works great for car washing. But most importantly we will be using it to wash our Airstream and avoid having to deal with any water spots which can be a lot of work on that rig!We were really impressed with the customer service and their quick response! Sean is always willing to help and make you feel comfortable calling and inquiring again. We would not hesitate to buy from the again!

Been using this for several months and although I like the iSpring for rinsing off my black truck after a washing, I tend to use it mostly for my home's windows. Yes, I wash my house windows more frequently than my truck...because "it's a truck"...dirt is good for it.I live in a *very* dusty and windy area. Folks out here are cleaning their windows every few weeks (or paying a professional every few months to do the same). Pulling screens and playing with ladders...no thanks.To keep my windows nice and clean in between annual deep cleans, I just wheel this out every other week and give the windows a quick rinse. Don't even need to take the screens off...dries without spotting/streaking and saves me time and money (no ladder required). Two thumbs up.The iSpring folks even called to follow-up on how I was liking the product and any thoughts I had about it's use. Very nice, US-based folks who speak plain English and are extremely helpful.-Ted T.

Nick at it again helping to get my new product registered. This company is amazing literally. In today’s world sooooo many companies don’t do right by their customers when the products or processes don’t work, BUT NOT iSpring, they LEAD THE PACK in great customer service and doing right by their customers, and it’s literally why I bought this additional new product from them! Keep up the great work, you and company are a shining example of what ALL companies should strive for!!!

Bought this for my black corvette I used it only about 9 times and always used the the bypass valve while washing and rinsing the car and only the final rinse did I turn on the filtered water and it worked GREAT untill it didnt !!! Now here I am a few months later and only 9 rinses and it’s no longer filtering the water and the replacement resin cartridge is almost $200 to replace really wish it lasted for more than 9 rinses crazy to think it costed over $40 per rinse using this filter. I went from telling all my friends and family about what a AWESOME cleaning tool I got to being very disappointed with this purchase should last longer and be cheaper to replace the cartridges
