Superb! Helps you tackle any kettlebell workout, absolute beginner to super advanced. Don't sleep on the 40-pound limit. It's more than enough to challenge even advanced lifters. I had to remove nearly all the plates just to get through the first couple weeks of my beginner kettlebell workout. The potential to go to failure by adding more plates makes this product an economic solution for at-home lifting and conditioning over a long period of time. Who knows how long we'll have to be tucked away in lieu of Miss Rona? If you still can't go to the gym or don't have money to furnish a complete home gym, buy this product. I couldn't get the dial to turn so had to have my hubby do it for the first time. After that it's super easy and works very well! I love how much space it saves.
