No Wires - Way to Go with an iPhone
This Azpen Dockall has been an excellent replacement for my Sony RDPM7IP 30-Pin Speaker Dock. These days, matching connectors is a pain. Wireless charging and audio is a boon. The Dockall is extremely easy to setup and works as advertised, straight out of the box. I received the D108 model, which is what may be shipping now. The D108 does not have the "always-on bright blue" light problem that some others complained about with the D100 model. The blue light band does come on when my iPhone is placed on the charging ledge but, extinguishes after 30-60 seconds. The bluetooth audio works very well but, don't be expecting quadraphonic surround-sound. The speakers are smaller than the Sony so, there is some loss of bass frequencies but, I'm using it more for news radio than music appreciation. The trade-off against wireless connectivity is definitely worth to me.The one thing that I had problems understanding---that does not seem to be explained in the mfr's videos (or anywhere else that I could find)---is the control "buttons" underneath the charging ledge. In particular, the volume increase (+) and decrease (-) buttons, although marked and visible in daylight or a lit room, are not visible in the dark. This is not helped by the matte black color of the casing (which otherwise, is a good choice). In fact, they're not "buttons" at all. There is no raised cap or bump of they type you expect with a button. That means there is no mechanical response when you push on the '+' or '-' indicator. At first, I thought these controls were broken, until I noticed that sometimes it did affect the volume. Eventually, it dawned on me that it's HAPTIC. It works the same way as the virtual keyboard keys on your smartphone. You don't get any mechanical response there, either. You do, however, get VISUAL feedback when the typed letter appears on your screen. In this case, the feedback is the change in audio level. But, there's another subtle difference. There is a longer latency for the audio setting on your phone to respond via Bluetooth. It's noticeably longer than when you push the physical volume button on your phone. Therefore, you only need to tap on it ... SLOWLY ... and you'll hear the volume respond. That said, this is actually a very cool piece of engineering that I've never come across before. By the same token, however, it can be very confusing at first, and needs to be explained to the unsuspecting user in the Azpen's videos and user manual. Nonetheless, that's why I only gave 4 Stars for "Ease of use". Like the blue charging light issue, this omission of explanation will probably be corrected later. In the meantime, hopefully you won't be as puzzled as I was, now that you know about it.

Easy to Use > Great Sound
I just received this yesterday and so far it is just what I was looking for. It is a perfect fit for my tablet. I don't have Qi so I use a USB to keep my tablet charged while watching media. The pause/play, volume, fast forward/rewind are easy to use and the Bluetooth connects seamlessly. I was hesitant to purchase this item because of the light, but happily, I don't have to deal with that since I use the USB connection to charge. The light only goes on if a device is being charged with Qi. The sound is loud enough for me to do stuff around the house and still hear what I'm playing. I really like the multi port charging capability, it cuts down on having to plug stuff in to other outlets separately. It came with easy to understand instructions and a warranty/registration card..

Quality Design and Build - Easy to use, convenient space saver.
I use this primarily with a Samsung S8 protected by an Otterbox cover. The wireless charger works great through the phone protector. Blue tooth audio and speakerphone connection perform very well, great for hands-free phone calls. I love having the extra charging options in the back for other devices like my iPad and smartwatch. The blue charging light is very bright, good for the office but disruptive in the bedroom when you are trying to rest. The speakers are average quality and are good for listening to music but will not replace a good system. All in all a great device for anyone. Definitely worth the purchase.

A very nice product but their customer service was outstanding
The sound is good and it seems to charge my phone pretty well as well. I only got to use this 2 times then had an issue.I unhooked this from the power supply after second use and the power adapter came apart. I reached out to Tablet Factory and they immediately went into action to resolve. Within days of contacting them I had a new power supply delivered to my house.More than I could have asked for as was preparing to have to try and explain away or send item back but there was no fuss at all. Tablet Factory asked for info and a picture, then sent me a power supply with no hesitation.

Beware, do NOT BUY
I ordered this to pair to my pixel 8a. Set it up. Bluetooth paired easy. But it does not stay connected. It'll play audio for maybe 5 seconds then cut out. It'll pair back up and continually do that. Tried everything. I even emailed their customer service and they never emailed back. Big waste of money. There's tons of better product from better companies that will actually help you if you have issues. Also the wireless charging just doesn't work. With no case on my phone I can't even get it to keep charging. Again. Do not buy this if you want a decent product. It's terrible. Dollar store docks work better.

Not strong enough to penetrate shock shell.
This "charging" station has excellent Bluetooth sound. But, that is the limit. I use a hard-soft cover for my phone and the charging capabilities is strained for the thickness of the cover. It will ding on and off in an annoying continuous manner. It will charge fine, I think on a phone without a shell on it. I bought 3. What a mistake. All work equally sorry for a phone with a guard over the phone. The blue light only stays on for a very short time. I had another wireless charger and the charging light stayed on until phone was charged even with an otter shock shell. Not worth the price. Period!

Impressive sound
Using it for a base station for my phone in my office. Impressive sound from such small speakers. After reading all the reviews (which are getting harder and harder to trust) I haven't experienced anything negative, except for the price. Paid too much for it, but this unit was the only one that had the features I wanted.

First one was defective….
This works great… I had to get a replacement because the first one was built incorrectly, the adapter couldn’t fit into the product correctly. It pairs right up, sounds great, looks nice and a blue light stays one while you are paired to it. If you lose your Bluetooth connection somehow, just hold down the pause icon, it will pair right back up.
