I used it for a long time and thought I was fine until I slept and woke up with the worst ...
I was really hoping this pillow would work for me. I was traveling across the country and needed to sleep. I bought the cheaper model because of the reviews. I used it for a long period and thought I was fine until I slept and woke up with the worst strain in my neck. I must have over relied on the pillows strength and just let it take over which is what I thought I was supposed to do. I have to travel back again on the ‘red eye’ but now I’m nervous to use it.
