Two pounds of garbage isn't worth anything
This is brown, not orange, and has way too much pith to be edible. It's like an orange went hard and rotten on your window ledge.Worse is the taste. It doesn't taste of oranges at all, but a mouldy nightmare of them. Imagine digging an orange peel out of an ashtray after a week, redolent of Gaulois / Ducados ashes, and then you let that peel rest on your tongue to savour it.Please, for the sake of your recipe, buy a fresh orange and get just the zest. This tastes awful, and Old India should be ashamed of themselves for selling it. Their herbs are usually nice, but things like this shake ones faith in them

Do not order
This product is practically mouldy pith dust. Worst of all, it's not eligible for a refund. Complete waste of money. Only fit for the bin.

This item is basically powder not pieces of peel.
Photo on left shows dried orange peel and on the right powder which was sold as peel. Not impressed
