Please make sure both earbuds are within Bluetooth range and there is no other signal interference around. e.Please test the earbuds with another Bluetooth device to see if they work properly or not. f. Please kindly put the earbuds back in the charging case and close the cover. Then take them out and pair them again to see if it helps.
