The biggest compliment i can give this is i notice if i dont take it. Taste isnt the best but rarely find things that are actually good for you ever do.Good product 👍🏻👌🏻

Does Exactly What it Says on the Tin (or packet)..!!!
I've been taking shilajit for a few months now, but was pleasantly surprised at the effects of this combination!Admittedly the shilajit didn't have much of an effect ad I've been taking a higher dose, but the Lion's Mane and Ashwanganda have been brilliant.My sleep quality has changed dramatically and I have been razor-sharp between the ears, plus my recovery after training has been better.As a positive, I will give it a huge thumbs up as it really is a great productas advertised, as a negative obviously the price. It could get very pricey over a year..!!!

Thought it a con and now I can’t do without!!
Very shocked to say I can feel the positive impact and I’ve taken a lot of supplements (ex-bodybuilder).Pros:Legit boosts to energy, general wellbeing and mentalhealth. Better appetite control and great for convenience.Cons: I’m yet to see any benefits to sleep according to my Garmin.No real impact to hormones either as some suggest.It is a bit expensive and you could get more for your money if you buy the ingredients separately. Just be aware of the additives you may get if you go that route.Highly recommend it, go for two doses a day and down it in a oner. It tastes like soil.

I didn't receive 50 servings
This stuff is decent i feel very good taking it, but I did not receive 50 servings, been taking 2 scoops a day which should amount for 25 days and only got 18 servings, not paying £28 for less than 20 servings.

Not good
Did nothing took for a month. Sadly I try a lot of different supplements and vitamins and have do for over 10 years.Sadly I can't recommend this.

Great supplement
Within a week of taking this I had achieved clear thinking and no brain fog making my days more fulfilling and enjoyable, I will be definitely getting another. Only thing is the taste but it’s easily fixable with other flavoured supplements or honey.
