Q: What is the max torque

It's a while since i checked but fairly sure it's about 240lb/ft or 320Nm when on setting 4 - there's a little wheel on the bottom of the hand grip to alter the torque settings graduated from 1 to 4. Think it goes 60/120/180/240 lb/ft respectively on positions 1/2/3/4 but can't remember properly. It's always best to use a torque wrench when doing fasteners up anyway and don't use this for doing up wheel nuts on alloy wheels - you'll damage the wheels! It's ok for removing them but not putting them on.Hope that is helpful for you!

You can either use the mini-oiler as supplied which fits into the air inlet port of the machine and fill it with oil or periodically drop some oil into the inlet port - i used 10W40 semi-synthetic engine oil on mine but any light oil ~SAE30 will work. Also check to make sure the torque adjustment knob works as it should, mine was sticky if i hadn't used it for a while and some silicone oil spray into the inlet port followed by operating it in all 4 torque settings then lube as normal fixed it.
