Perfect for immobile individuals, especially those in hospital.
My mum was bed bound and in hospital for months. She was only showered twice in that timez the rest was bed baths. They hardly ever washed her hair except once in a blue moon with those shower cap things. This works MUCH better. It smells good, feels great and dries super quickly. It will eventually build up on the hair but any leave in product will. It did however make my mum feel human again and helped me to feel like I was doing something when my world was spinning out of control. The nurses were super impressed with it too!!

I was sceptical…
This was was purchased with the hope it would help with the problem of how to keep my 88 year old mum’s hair clean after she became bedridden following a fall.I have to admit I wasn’t expecting a lot from this product, convinced it would fail to live up to the claims, as is the case with so many other products. Before attempting to clean my mum’s hair, which had become quite matted, I had a dry run (pardon the pun) on my own, much shorter hair.Well, what a surprise, it did exactly as promised, leaving my hair feeling lovely and clean and with a pleasant smell.Buoyed on by this I had a go at mum’s, and again I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to use and how good the results are.A couple of things I’ve found since I started using this product; firstly, it’s *very* runny, so I have decanted it into a pump bottle, and secondly, it is much easier to use if applied to the hand/glove and then to the head rather than direct to the head as some other reviewers appear to have been doing. All in all, a great product, a wee touch on the expensive side, but worth it for the convenience and results.

Good product but use a foam bottle
Great product leaves hair clean without needing to fully wash the hair. I use this for in between days when I've a bit of oil building up at the front. It means I don't have to wash my hair as much and the condition of my hair has improved for that - not looking as dry and straw-like.The only downside is the bottle isn't great for administration and the product is water like so runs all over. I remedied this by transferring the product into an old foam wash bottle. The foam product was much easier to apply. The product smells fresh like apples and does indeed leave hair silky. Recommend

Really works, fluff up hair when dry for best results.
I ordered this as an alternative to “between showers” hair wash caps. They strike me as not being very environmentally friendly, being single use.I’ve got very fine hair that now goes a bit curly by itself. I found I needed very little liquid (approx 20ml) to wet my chin-length hair. So, on that evidence, when used once a week a bottle should last me for some six months. It’s very easy to use, just work the liquid through your hair. It’s best not to tousle your hair, but to work the liquid down the lengths of hair, as you would with a shampoo bar. Then rub it with a towel.I found it best to apply just a little liquid in four separate doses, roughly a teaspoon at a time. There’s a very similar product being sold on the Net at £44 a bottle at the moment. Logic dictates that chemically, they must be near-identical.I’m pleased I saved my pennies and got this.My hair did feel slightly ‘clumpy’ when it was drying, but a quick tousle with my fingers restored my curls. You could just as easily use a brush. I get the same feeling when using a hair-wash cap.

Great product but difficult to use
My hubby is bedridden and it's difficult to feel clean etc without care and good items to use. The only reason I haven't given this 5 stars is because it is runny, like water, and difficult to apply. I think a fine spray attachment on it would make all the difference.

So easy to use
Easy to apply and then lather up. Use towel to take off excess residue. Comb hair and style as usual. Perfect for my mum who is unable to have her hair washed at the moment. Lovely smell and stopped mum itching her scalp . Made a big difference to her hair and value for money.

Trust the process.
It arrived today. I tried it immediately.First thing. I may get a spray bottle for it instead so it's easier to apply due to the fact its watery.Second, I was like no this isn't working. But I trusted the process and it does work.Due to disabilities I've not been able to wash my hair for weeks... I needed something. Anything. This was the first thing I bought. It's really wet lol... it's almost like you're showering your hair. Once you've dried it with a towel, it does feel a little sticky-ish. Not too much for my sensory issues to scream though. I brushed it with a comb afterwards. Once it started to air dry it did feel a little crunchy... I started to think maybe I hadn't towel dried it enough. But after more air drying. It started to smooth out and relax. Once it was completely dry. I still had this crisp feeling to it so with my fingers I brushed through and just ruffled it a bit. And it feels like I've washed my hair properly in the shower. And it smells okay. Not overpowering. This was definitely a good buy and such a relief.
